We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

*IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

RETURNS

All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days, include original packaging and sales receipt. Non-stock special order items are not refundable. Returned bicycles must be in brand new (unridden) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Clearance items may not be returned.

Returns/Exchange:
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, please return it to us for a full refund and place a new order on our website. Placing the new order ensures that you’ll receive your new item quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock. We will refund your original order as soon as we receive your package. If product is defective, please indicate how it is defective and contact us a return authorzation.

Damaged Shipments:
If any items have been damaged in transit, please contact us by email or phone at 302-368-2453 (10am-6pm EST M-F). We will work quickly to get a replacement to you and to contact the carrier regarding the damage. Please do NOT discard the box…, the carrier will want to pick-up the damaged product and inspect the original box.

Incorrect Shipments:
woodenwheels.com has many procedures in place to ensure that you get what you ordered correctly every time. However, if we happened to make an error on your order, please contact us by email or phone at 302-368-2453 (10am-6pm EST M-F). We will work quickly to correct the error.

Opened Products:
Please note that returns will be accepted on unopened Electronics (HRMs, GPS units, power meters, bike computers, etc), videos or DVDs only. If it has been opened, it can only be exchanged if the item is defective and only for another of the same product.

*Bikes: 
We understand that purchasing a bike is a major investment. Our staff is here to assist you in determining the correct size and component group for your new bike. If you have any questions at all regarding the proper size or fit, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you through the process. We want you to be comfortable with buying your bike online and we want to ensure that you are ecstatic with your new bike!

All of our bikes are assembled, inspected and test ridden prior to pick-up to ensure that they are in perfect working order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return or exchange your bike or frameset to us within 30 days. The bike or frameset must be in new condition and must not have been ridden outside. Please note that non-stock/special order bikes “ships from warehouse” may not be returned.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
